Legrand announces 2 acquisitions in datacenters, with Keydak in China and TES in the United Kingdom
Legrand is pursuing its active bolt-on acquisition strategy with the announcement of two new transactions in datacenters:
- Keydak1, a leading Chinese rack manufacturer based in Guangzhou. The company employs more than 330 people and generates annual revenue of more than €60 million.
- TES, a European specialist in power distribution systems, with more than half of its revenue derived from datacenters. Based in Cookstown, United Kingdom, the company employs 280 people and generates close to €85 million in annual revenue.

2025 first-half sales
In the first-half of 2025, consolidated sales rose by +13.4% compared to the same period in 2024, and by +15.0% excluding the impact of exchange rates, to reach a total of €4,774 million.
Organic growth in sales was +9.0% for the period, including +10.1% in the second quarter, largely fueled by continued strong growth in datacenter activity.
Over 6 months, the broader scope of consolidation boosted sales by +5.5%, and the exchange-rate effect was -1.4%.
