Power Shelf and Power Supply

Our OCP-compliant power shelves provide scalable, efficient power for today’s high-density data centers. Each rack-mounted shelf contains multiple hot-swappable power supplies, converting AC input into reliable DC output power. Designed for seamless rack integration, they offer advanced efficiency, in-built monitoring and intelligent management features, helping to lower energy consumption, streamline maintenance, and enhance overall system uptime.

 

33kW ORv3 2RU HPR Power Shelf

This 2RU power shelf delivers a continuous 33kW with 6 hot-swappable 5.5kW PSUs. It supports 3Φ-Δ and 3Φ-Y ORv3 inputs and offers N+1/N+N redundancy with active current sharing. Features include 6 AC Cx outlets, a hot-swappable Power Management Controller, and advanced power quality monitoring. A 1RU version is currently in development.

0U AC Rack PDU with Power Shelf Distribution

The 0U AC vertical PDU is rack-mounted, taking up no horizontal space. It supports dual 380–415V 3Φ-Y 60/63A inputs and offers 4 ORv3 17kW 3Φ universal output cord options, as well as 6 AC Cx outlets with branch protection. Flexible monitoring and management are enabled through a hot-swappable controller featuring Gigabit Ethernet, Redfish API, and full interoperability.

0U AC Fused Rack PDU

The 0U AC fused PDU provides circuit-level fuse protection to a vertical rack-mounted unit. It supports 380–415V 3Φ-Y input and delivers 220–240V 3Φ-Y output to 6 AC Cx outlets with branch protection built-in. Flexible monitoring and management are enabled through a hot-swappable controller featuring Gigabit Ethernet, Redfish API, and full interoperability.

The open rack design enhances airflow, while the integrated busbar facilitates safe and simplified DC power distribution, minimizing cabling, reducing costs, and supporting future workload growth.

 

OCP Rack

The OCP Rack is designed to meet the latest specifications, offering customization, strength, and premium quality. It is compatible with all Open Rack IT systems and can be customized to support a capacity of up to 5,000 lbs. Configurations support both 21-inch OU and 19-inch RU hardware. The dimensions are available up to 54 inches deep, 31.5 inches wide, and 48OU/52RU high (RU).

ORv3 Vertical DC Busbar

The 44OU vertical DC busbar distributes DC power from the power shelf to rack equipment through a rolled-form design to ensure consistent quality. Standard configurations support 400A, 700A, and 1400A, with custom design options available as needed. It is compatible with NVIDIA MGX™ architecture for accelerated computing applications.

Our rear door heat exchangers deliver efficient cooling for high-density environments at the rack level. They are mounted directly to the back of the rack and utilize chilled water to remove heat right at the source. This design reduces dependence on traditional CRAC units, enhancing energy efficiency, and effectively supports today’s demanding workloads.

 

Rear Door Heat Exchanger (RDHx)

The USystems ColdLogik RDHx offers a scalable, energy-efficient, and sustainable air-assisted liquid cooling solution for OCP environments. Operating on a closed-loop water circuit with warm or cold supply, it provides up to 200 kW of autonomous rack-level thermal management. Available in various sizes, it is designed to be retrofitted for both OEM and custom rack configurations.

Starline provides continuous access Track Busway and busduct solutions that deliver scalable, flexible power distribution, supporting capacities ranging from 250 to 6000A, with voltages up to 600Vac and 1000Vdc. High-density plug-in units support up to 250A AC, enabling efficient power delivery up to 200kW. These plug-ins also accommodate multi-circuit configurations and seismic-rated designs, with protection options available in IP2X or IP54.
