Description

Legrand CTX³ contactor : 3-pole, 40A (AC-3), 18.5 kW at 415V, 2NO+2NC auxiliary contacts, IEC 60947-4-1, 12M mech ops, compact, eco-friendly design.

Product characteristics
  • Rating 40A (AC - 3) for the switching of 3 - ph motors up to 18,5 kW (415V). Resistive loads up to 60A (AC - 1).
  • Screw terminals capacity : Power 2 x 10mm² to 16mm² / Coil 0,75mm² to 2,5mm² / Aux. Circuit 0,75mm² to 2,5mm²
  • 2NO + 2NC auxiliary contacts. NC auxiliary contact meets the definition of mirror contact according to IEC 60947 - 4 - 1 standard.Can be equipped with all Legrand CTX3 auxiliaries and Accessories .
  • Endurance: up to 12 million mechanical operations and 2 million electrical operations. Number of operation cycles (AC-3) per hour : 1800.
  • The device complies with substance-restriction requirements and has been designed in an environmentally conscious process.

  • Product specially designed for tertiary and industrial installations. Recommended for the switching of inductive and non-inductive loads.Read the instructions before installing this product.Use only Legrand branded accessories.

Installation
  • Possible fixing on 35 mm "top hat" mounting rail (IEC 60715) and on mounting plate. Reduced size to optimize the space available in the cabinet.
Usage
  • Fitted with 2NO + 2NC auxiliary contacts, factory assembled. Engineered to allow an easy replacement of the coil.

  • Coil supply possible either on the top or on the botton side.
  • Removable front cover for the visual inspection of arc chambers and contacts
