This device has 3 input terminals : - SCS : it is used for connection to the SCS bus. - PROBE : it is used for connection to the external temperature sensor. - REMOTE : it is used for connection to a remote contact, useful for different applications (e.g. to change the operating mode when a window is opened, to change theoperating function...) .
To be associated to thetemperature sensor item 3457 and Vantageprobe item 8051
The associated 3457 must be mounted in the wall at a height of 1.5m from the floor level, exposed to air.
Noother sensors (except 3457 and 8051) can be connected to this probe, because the correct temperature readingcan’t be guaranteed.

The probe has one mechanical pushbutton, which is used only during deviceconfiguration.

The probe has 2 LEDs, one red and one green, used to point out information aboutdevice correct configuration and installation, as well as thermoregulation zone state.
