Due to ongoing global supply chain challenges, we are announcing the end-of-life of the Dominion KXIII product model: DKX3-864. We will continue to support this product through firmware updates, but we will no longer process orders or manufacture additional units as of 9/29/22. All other models in the Dominion KXIII line remain unaffected and in production. Sales and support are available to help transition to alternate models as needed. Additional Details:
Due to unforeseen supply chain issues, we cannot offer our six-month last order window on this model per our standard end-of-life process. We will no longer process any orders for DXK3-864. All other models in the Dominion KX3 family remain active and available to order.

Recommend Replacements:
DKX3-832 (8 Users; 32 Ports) = Fewer ports will require two units to replace capability
DKX3-464 (4 Users; 64 Ports) = Same amount of ports, fewer concurrent users
DKX3-432 (4 Users; 32 Ports) = Fewer ports will require two units to replace capability
Existing projects and orders will need to transition to alternate products. Please contact your sales rep for more information.

We will continue supporting the DKX3-864 model with our standard two-year support time frame and provide software and security enhancements through firmware updates. RMA replacements will need to transition to alternate models as we will not manufacture this model (DKX3-864) moving forward.
