How does containment reduce bypass air and recirculation?

Containment physically separates hot and cold air paths, preventing recirculation and ensuring that supplied air passes through IT equipment rather than bypassing it. 

Gaps around cable openings, rack tops, and structural interfaces are sealed using brush strips, blanking panels, or foam inserts to maintain airflow separation.
