For more than 130 years, the Chubb Group of Insurance Companies has been delivering exceptional property and casualty insurance products and services to businesses and individuals around the world. Today, they are the 12th largest property and casualty insurer in the United States and have a worldwide network of some 120 offices in 26 countries staffed by 10,200 employees. Challenge

In 2010 Chubb Insurance required their existing data centre at their London headquarters toincrease capacity, energy savings and cooling. The existing site was on the top floor of a Victorian London City building with restricted access and a prohibitively shaped data centre room with no floor void and low ceilings. They required a 90kW duty with a Tier 2+ rating.

USystems installed 11 x 42U CL20 C8 rear coolers onto existing cabinets via interface frames, a Leak Prevention System, and a free cooling chiller.
