Talent management is central to the Legrand Group’s priorities. It ensures career development for staff and high performance for the company.

For this reason we have set up several HR processes to develop career management and mobility at Group level:

  • Annual performance review
  • Career interview
  • The OSR (Organisation and Staffing Review): This process enables us to identify talents within the Group and put in place the necessary actions for their development and to retain their loyalty. It is a powerful tool for developing the practice of talent management on a global scale.
  • Professional mobility committees: Their objective is to study the vacancies to be filled in the short term together with the development needs/requirements expressed by the Group resources, identified either via the OSR or through the Annual Performance Review
