CULTIVATING TALENT: YOUR CAREER DEVELOPMENT MEANS OUR HIGH PERFORMANCE

For this reason we have set up several HR processes to develop career management and mobility at Group level:
- Annual performance review
- Career interview
- The OSR (Organisation and Staffing Review): This process enables us to identify talents within the Group and put in place the necessary actions for their development and to retain their loyalty. It is a powerful tool for developing the practice of talent management on a global scale.
- Professional mobility committees: Their objective is to study the vacancies to be filled in the short term together with the development needs/requirements expressed by the Group resources, identified either via the OSR or through the Annual Performance Review
